Claire Davis

Claire Davis

Opera Club & Concert Tour Administrator

Claire brings a wealth of experience from both the travel and music worlds. She’s planned everything from luxury, once-in-a-lifetime trips around the globe to budget school expeditions in Latin America for over a decade. She is fluent in Spanish but also has some French, Italian and Portguese. On the music side, Claire has been playing the flute for more years than she can count, and she’s also spent some time dabbling with the piano and double bass. She’s toured Europe six times with county-level orchestras and wind bands, a few of those tours organised by Musica Europa. While her opera experience may be small, it’s perfectly formed –  she’s seen Nabucco by candlelight at the Arena di Verona and enjoyed a Christmas performance of La Bohème at The Royal Opera House from Lord Hall’s private box, a moment made possible when they met during her time as a Gamesmaker at London 2012.
