Our experience and detailed planning will ensure that you fully understand what you are paying for and what is included in the price. Our reputation as a leading Concert Tour organiser within our field allows us to achieve good rates for quality travel, accommodation and advice on travel insurance. The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial security for Musica Europa and its clients. In the event of our insolvency, protection is provided for the following:

• non-flight packages,
• accommodation only bookings

The Concert Tour arrangements we offer and make for you do not constitute a “package” and accordingly, the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 do not apply to them.  We have chosen to be members of ABTOT so our customers have peace of mind that their monies are protected in the event of our insolvency.

ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package.  Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Musica Europa Limited.

In the unlikely event that you require assistance whilst abroad due to our financial failure, please call our 24/7 helpline on 01702 811397 and advise you are a customer of an ABTOT protected travel company.

Risk Assessment

The safety of your party is paramount and every effort will be made to answer your questions regarding safety. For school tours, Musica Europa complies with the Department for Children Schools and Families guide “Health & Safety of Pupils on Educational Visits 1998” (HASPEV) and the appendices added in 2002. We can issue you with a Safety Management System Document if required.

Concert Tour Managers

We provide experienced bilingual Concert Tour Managers who will be with you throughout your tour. They will be fully briefed on your itinerary and will act on your behalf to organise everything at a local level and resolve any issues that might occur, no matter how big or small.
