Marseille and Nice, April 2023

Three nights in Marseille and two nights in Nice with an excursion to Toulon.  The group stayed in 4-star hotels close to the Opera Houses.

The cultural programme included: Nabucco in Marseille, Prokofeiv’s Ballet, Romeo and Juliet in Toulon and Falstaff in Nice.

Day 1– Transfer from airport and check into Hotel – Welcome Drink before Evening Meal in Hotel.

Day 2– Guided Tour of the Old Port of Marseille in the morning – Lunch in Restaurant – free time during the afternoon- Evening performance of Nabucco

Day 3– Excursion to Toulon with guided tour – Lunch in Restaurant – afternoon at leisure – Evening performance of Romeo and Juliet

Day 4– Morning excursion to Cannes – afternoon transfer to Nice – Evening meal in Restaurant

Day 5– morning at leisure – afternoon performance of Falstaff – farewell dinner in Restaurant

Day 6– Transfer to airport for journey home.
